Note for Parents

Full co-operation of the parents and guardians is solicited so that their children may get the best out of the school.
  • They are requested to go through the school diary everyday so that they could get to know any other information or note sent by the teachers.
  • Parents are requested not to enter the classroom or speak to the teachers during class hours without prior permission of principal.
  • Please remit the school tuition & transportation fees on or before 10th of every month.
  • Parents are requested to encourage their children at home and this will enable them to learn at school without fear.
  •  Parents are requested to pay 11(eleven) months transport fee from the commencement of a session irrespective of the fact that they have availed the facility during any time after the commencement of the session.
  • The school does not take the responsibility for any loss or any valuable articles left behind in the vehicle.
  • The school has every right to reject request of parents for extension/deviation of route followed regularly by bus. The school has right to vary/enhance/reduce the fee upon any extension or deviation as per its discretion.
  • The parents should inform the school office (in writing) in advance if the child is not going to use the school transport facility on end of the session.
  • Pick up & drop timing may vary during school examinations according to the school examination schedule. The school will adopt a time convenience management for all its students.
  • The decision of the management in any matters whatsoever shall be final & binding.
  • Students should refrain from inflicting any damage to the school bus like tearing seats, glass breaking etc.
  •  No unauthorized person shall be allowed to travel in the school bus.
  • Every effort is made to ensure the safety of the children, the school shall not be liable in any manner, in case of any accident or injury.
  •  In case of traffic congestion, the bus may not be able to reach on time, parents are requested to hold their child at pick up & drop point till the bus reaches.
  • In case of breakdown of vehicle, the parents are requested to make their child each by their own on that particular day.
