  1. Addhar of candidate (Xerox with self attested)
  2. .Addhar of father mother (Xerox with self attested)
  3. .D.O.8 of candidate (Xerox with self attested) .
  4. Recent Pass size photo-2nos. (colour) .
  5. School leaving certificate (T/C) original (from Std- II onwards) .
  6. Blood group certificate (Xerox with self attested) Filled school application form & rules with duly signature of both father & mother.

  1. Addhar of Candidate (Xerox with self attested)
  2. Addhar of Father & Mother (Xerox with self attested)
  3. D.0.8 of Candidate (Xerox with self attested)
  4. Recent Pass size photo-2nos. (colour)
  5. School leaving certificate (T/C) (original) (T/C must be promoted)
  6. Blood group certificate (Xerox with self attested)
  7. Filled school application form with rules & regulations .
  8. List of candidate (LOC) with duly signature of principal
  9. Sifting certificate or Rent agreement
  10. Progress Report Card (Xerox (Xerox with self attested)) (Progress card must be passed in all subject)
